Hamsa - Symbol of Protection
This most ancient symbol originates from the earliest Mediterranean cultures.
The Hamsa is used to ward off the evil eye (ayin raah) and is traditionally placed near a door or window to protect the bearer and domain. It is often placed so that it is the first thing that is seen when entering into the home.
Handcrafted in Maple Valley, Washington, our Hamsas are 3 1/2 x 6 1/2 x 1/2 inches.
Each one
comes ready to hang on your wall. Cast in a sturdy polymerized plaster
directly from our original design, permanent color finishes are applied by hand.
The centerstone is a 14mm natural howlite turquoise cabochon.
