This stone-cast art tile reflects the intricate beauty of Islamic design.   This representation of the Bismillah is carved in a beautiful and age old Kutaya pattern which is written in a wonderful flowing Nashki Arabic script.

Bismillah - Kufic Style

In this Bismillah the center diamond medallion is written in an endless geometry of beautiful Kufic calligraphy surrounded on the face of the tile with a modern calligraphic styling ~ also Kufic.  

The frame motif is a repetition of the Bismillah.

Bismillah - Musenna Style

This representation of the Bismillah is presented in the "Musenna" or "mirror" style in which the written phrase is reflected side by side on a vertical axis - split down the middle. What is written on the right is mirrored exactly on the left.
