FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50. Shipping will be USPS Priority Mail for shipments up to 10 pounds. UPS Ground on shipments over 10 pounds.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping costs are based on
weight, size and distance traveled. The weight and size of
an item is found at the end of each product description. Standard shipping is
via Priority US Mail. UPS Ground will be utililized on large orders. An
accurate shipping cost will be given to you when placing your order.
There are absolutely no additional handling charges placed on your
order.
Can I send my package as a gift?
We will send items purchased at Sumon.com as a gift
directly to any address. A gift card will be included with your
personal message. Please include your personal
gift card message of 25 words or less in the "Special
Instructions" section of your shopping cart
How soon will I receive my package
after placing my order?
All IN STOCK items will be
shipped within 72 hours of order and
will be sent via Priority Mail or UPS Ground depending on weight and
size of order. We will be happy to ship USPS Express Mail, UPS 2-day Air or UPS Overnight
on in stock items at the actual rate with no additional service
fees. An estimated delivery date will be given to you on confirmation
of your order.
Accuracy of Product Displays
Sumon.com takes great care in
accurately displaying its products. The actual colors and
textures you see will depend on your monitor and therefore there may be
slight variations in coloration.
What is your Return Policy?
If
you are not completely happy with your purchase, please
return the item to us via USPS or UPS within a reasonable
length of time. We will refund the merchandise price. Shipping/handling
charges are not refundable.
